Derrek Daugherty – Covington-Douglas

He is a big post kid that can play point guard as well. Very versatile and athletic. He was the team’s leading scorer, rebounder, and had 68 blocks last year. He poses a lot of problems for teams when he can use both hands, score with both hands, and can play inside and outside.

Colten Dillingham – Drummond

Drummond’s success this season will be impacted by Dillingham’s play. He can take control when he is on the court and make the big plays.

Mark Bishop & Colton Steinert – Garber

Mark has a high motor that has an impact in every single aspect of the game. From the point guard position, he led the team in rebounds, assists, and steals last season, along with ten  double-doubles. Lockdown defender that gives the opposition fits all game long. Offensive impact can be seen not only with his ability to score, but also with his vision and basketball IQ.

Colton is a hard worker that lives in the gym perfecting his craft. An absolute sniper from three-point range. Last year he led the team in scoring, shooting over 40% from three point range. He also tied the school record with nine three pointers made in the conference championship. Has the ability to score inside the three point arc with a variety of finishes and tough shotmaking ability

Austin Kalblinger – Medford

Austin is a very talented and hardworking athlete. Coming off of a nice sophomore season as the sixth man, he will be the focal point of the Medford offense and someone they will rely on to score in bunches. Defensively, he provides a strong, physical presence contesting shots at the rim and crashing the defensive glass. He has a high motor, plays with energy, and he makes his teammates around him better.

Jett Mueggenborg and Hunter Mueggenborg – Okarche

Jett has a high basketball IQ and can get to the rack at will or step back and knock down an outside shot. He was one of the top scoring freshmen in the state last year and will only get better as time goes. Hunter has started since his freshman year. He was a two-time First Team All-Conference player. He is a double digit scorer but he has a knack for getting his teammates open shot. He averaged four assists per game the last two years and is really tough to guard in one-on-one situations.
