DRUMMOND BULLDOGS
BOYS
Coach: Brady Kokojan
22-23 Record: 24-8
In his third year as the head coach of the Bulldogs, Brady Kokojan returns four starters from a state semifinal team in Class A. According to coach Kokojan, expectations are high for this season. One reason for the optimism is the return of Colten Dillingham (6-2, Jr.) at guard. Dillingham accounted for 22 points per game last season and is a VYPE Top 100 nominee. Tyler Norris (6-3, Sr.) is back as well after averaging 14 point a game.
The tandem will be tough to stop, but add Braylen Peters (6-0, Sr.) at point guard and you’re lucky if you stop one. Peters averaged 11 points last season and is expected to have similar or better output this season. Caeden Ehardt (6-1, Sr.) will start at forward giving the bulldogs a player who can score in the post. Ehardt averaged 7.2 points last season. Connor Mack (6-2, Sr.) is a strong rebounder which is why he is likely to play center. Mack grabbed 4.7 boards a game as a junior. Depth should not be a concern as the Bulldogs have several players capable of coming off the bench and contributing, which includes Aiden Jackson (6-4, Sr.), Bryson Schroeder (6-0, Sr.), Blake Richter (5-10, Jr.), Eli Kapke (6-0, Sr.), William Walter (6-0, Sr.), KJ Jones (5-11, Jr.), Jaiden Bickford (6-1, So.), Baylor Burford (5-9, So.), and Boston Burford (5-7, Fr.). Assisting coach Kokojan are Jarrod Burford and Greg Kokojan.
