Baseball

Nick Deterding – Chisholm

Nick is an outfielder and one of the team’s top two pitchers. This will be his senior season and he will be a leader and a guy that can be counted on to get the job done in all situations.

Garrett Shull – Enid

He had a great year as a freshman. Led the team in home runs, RBI’s, and stolen bases. He has committed to Oklahoma State University. 

Tydonte Chester – Garber

Tydonte is an outstanding all-around athlete and excels in other sports. He was all-conference in baseball in 2021 while batting .541 with two home runs and 45 RBIs while only playing 23 games. Excellent defensive first baseman as well.

Tate Barton – Kingfisher

Tate was a starter at DH and catcher on last year’s state tournament team. He is very quick and athletic behind the plate and has a strong arm and a good bat. 

Bodie Boydstun – Oklahoma Bible Academy

Bodie is a junior and a two-year starter at both third base and pitcher. He was 8-3 last year with 61 strikeouts. Pitched the district championship game and helped carry the team to regionals and a 22-10 record.

Dakota Wingo – Pioneer-Pleasant Vale

Dakota is a three-year starter at third base and is also a pitcher. He is a big strong athletic player that hits for average and power. He is also an outstanding football player that could play either sport at the next level.

Miguel Chavez – Enid

Miguel is a senior leader that is as shifty and dynamic as they come. His speed and change of direction along with a deadly left foot certainly makes opposing teams double up on him as much as possible. 

Alan Munoz – Kingfisher

A four-year starter and three-time all-district team-leading scorer three years in a row. He has verbally committed to Panhandle State for soccer

Girls Soccer

Jarely Casillas – Enid

Jarely is a very intelligent player. She brings a high level of composure and confidence to her teammates. Not only is Jarely a very good player, she takes care of business in the classroom, carrying a 3.8 GPA.

Courtney Butts – Kingfisher

She is a great kid that is almost like a coach on the field. She is a leader on the team.

Easton John – Chisholm

Easton is a great kid that has the potential to be a big-time player.

Jake Kennedy – Enid

Throughout the offseason, Kennedy has worked hard in order to be ready for the upcoming season.

Colton Steinert – Garber

Colton works hard and always gives it his all, whether he is in practice or in a game.

Coleman Gilles – Kingfisher

Gilles looks to make an impact on the Kingfisher team this season. 

Judson Cheatham – Oklahoma Bible Academy

With a high baseball IQ and a strong work ethic, Judson will be a role player for the team this season. 

Ty Parker – Pioneer-Plesant Vale

Ty is an outstanding athlete and has worked hard to get where he is today.

Oswaldo Herrera – Enid

Oswaldo loves the game of soccer and that is evident whenever he steps onto the field. 

Reid Witt – Kingfisher

Witt is a solid soccer player and also an outstanding student in the classroom.

Marisa Chavez – Enid

Marisa is an outstanding all-round person. She is also a great teammate.

Jackson Caddell – Chisholm

Caddell is tough kid and a hard worker that is always ready to help his team however needed.

Aydan Voitik – Enid

Aydan does a lot of things to help the team and he is an outstanding teammate. 

David Nagel – Garber

Nagel works hard and goes out of his way to make his team better.

Slade Snodgrass – Kingfisher

Throughout the season, Slade will do a lot of things to help the team that will not show up on the stat sheets. 

Carter Bergdall – Oklahoma Bible Academy

There has been a lot of growth from Carter and that has helped him become the player that he is.

Brock Weber – Pioneer-Plesant Vale

Weber is a terrific young man that has always been coachable and a great team player.

Pablo Vargas – Enid

Pablo works hard anytime he steps on the practice field or when it is game time.

Konner Baartman – Kingfisher

Konner may not be the star of the team, but he still has a big impact on the game.

Meyer is a talented and knowledgeable soccer player, and it shows anytime she steps on the field. 

Peyton Walker – Kingfisher

Peyton is a great kid and an asset to the team.

Kaden Slater – Alva

Kaden is a senior that plays football, basketball, and baseball. He is a pitcher and shortstop. He is a very good student and plans on going to college and playing baseball.

Zach Hellar – Cherokee

A hard worker and a great person, Hellar has invested a lot of time to get to where he is today. 

Rowdy Schmidt – Ringwood

Rowdy is an outstanding player that will make a big impact on this season for the Red Devils.

Syon Rey – Alva

Syon was the leading scorer and creator last year and the team will be looking for him to have an even bigger year this season.

Eli Alvarez – Burlington

Alvarez has worked hard and looks to make a big impact this season.

Jenna is a forward who will be called upon for leadership as well as a primary goal scorer and creator

Kooper is a big kid who is a leader on and off the field. He will be a key piece in the middle of the order as well as defensively at first base.

Tabor Marlatt – Sharon-Mutual

Utility player who can produce runs at the plate and outs and assists on defense.

Cale Nelson – Vici

A solid baseball player, Nelson works hard and is a leader on the team.

Jackson Heckart – Woodward

Jackson is a very creative dangerous attacking player. He is the team’s returning leading scorer and a three-year starter.

Ava Long – Woodward

Ava is a junior and a key part of the Lady Boomers. She is an attacking midfielder and controls the field, but she can play anywhere on the field. On her club team, she is an outside back and will be going to college for that position.
