VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to?
Jubelqui: I look up to Kobe Bryant because he always worked hard.

VYPE: Who inspires you?
Jubelqui: My parents inspire me because they always push me to be my best self.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?
Jubelqui: Mr. Moss is my favorite elementary teacher of all time because he made math interesting. Mrs. Grunewald is my favorite high school teacher because she teaches difficult math classes so well that they are easy.

VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?
Jubelqui: The best advice anyone has ever given me was “If you are going to do something, then give it your all.”

VYPE: What has been your favorite memory of playing?
Jubelqui: My favorite memory is making it to the semifinals two years in a row.

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use daily?
Jubelqui: They have taught me to be patient and encouraging toward others.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?
Jubelqui: Jordan Wadley has made the biggest impression on me because she was always nice and gave me the bat that I used to hit my first out-of-the-park homer.

Jubelqui: Thank you to my parents, coaches, and teachers for helping me develop into the person I am today!!

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Jubelqui: I would go to Hawaii to a black sand beach and I’d bring my family.
