SHATTUCK INDIANS

Coach: JACOB SCHNEBERGER

5-4

OFFENSE

After a decent season last year, the Indians head into the 2023 season ready to see growth and make their presence known in the Class B playoffs. Cruz Hernandez (Jr.) will take the helm of the offense at quarterback. Hernandez will have a few different weapons at his disposal. At running back, he will have Colten Jones (Sr.), who will work to find the running lanes and hit the open field. Wide receiver Tead Woods (So.) has great hands and will be the go-to guy on the outside. Josh Bay (Sr.) will be at tight end and will handle some blocking and some receiving, depending on what the team needs him to do. Tate Charmasson (Sr.) is going to be anchoring the offensive line at center.

DEFENSE

Rayden Hill (Sr.) will manage things on the defensive line and work to cause problems for the opposing offense. Traydon McFarland (Jr.) and Bay will be linebackers for the Indians. The duo will look to attack the ball, whether it is a run or a pass. Patrolling the secondary and trying to keep the opposing receivers out of the end zone will be Jones at safety, along with cornerbacks Hernandez and Woods. Assistant coaches are Joe Garrison, Ryan Mckee, Bralyn Hill, Travis Oakley, Tyson Bullard, and Brent Lile.
